设计了一台用于电连接器的接头防尘帽自动锁螺丝设备，以便对防尘帽连接钢丝绳垫片进行锁付并加入螺丝胶。机械结构上设计了锁付、点胶、定位和夹具结构。控制系统方面设计了基于PLC的电气控制电路，编写了PLC控制程序。设计能够实现自动化螺丝锁付控制，提高设备可靠性和易操作性，降低设备开发成本。

An automatic screw fastening device for connector dust caps was designed to fasten the dust caps to connect wire rope washers while applying screwlock glue. The mechanical structure includes screw locking,glue dispensing,positioning,and fixture mechanisms. For the control system,a PLC-based electrical control circuit was designed,and corresponding control programs were developed. This integrated design enables automated screw fastening control,enhancing equipment reliability and ease of operation while reducing development costs.
